Steelers’ Brown to miss critical game against Bengals

According to reports, Pittsburgh Steelers receiver Antonio Brown (Knee) will not play Sunday as the team faces the Cincinnati Bengals.

Brown came into the weekend listed as questionable after missing Friday’s practice to undergo tests on his knee. This year, he has caught 104 passes for 1,297 yards and 15 touchdowns.

This is probably the worst time for the Steelers to hear that Brown will not be able to go as the team looks to keep their playoff hopes alive. Pittsburgh needs to beat or tie Cincinnati and have the Cleveland Browns defeat the Baltimore Ravens to claim the AFC North title and a playoff berth.

Should that scenario not happen, another way the Steelers can sneak into the playoffs is by beating the Bengals and hoping the Indianapolis Colts and Tennessee Titans tie.
