Rapper Shad ‘Bow Wow’ Moss, arrested after fight with ex-girlfriend

Atlanta, GA — Plenty of celebrities are in Atlanta this weekend as Super Bowl is in the popular city tomorrow. However, for one celebrity, the day took an ugly turn when rapper Shad Moss, whose stage name is “Bow Wow” was arrested.

Shad “Bow Wow” Moss was arrested Saturday in Atlanta after being accused of allegedly assaulting his former girlfriend. The woman in question is Leslie Holden, who is known in the entertainment circle under the name “Kiyomi Leslie”. According to reports, the authorities were not able to determine as to who the aggressor was in the alleged assault.

Officers say when they responded to the call, Moss stated he was assaulted by Leslie, however, Leslie said that it was actually Moss who had assaulted her. Both were sent to Fulton County Jail on battery charges and their bonds were set at $8,000 a piece. Moss was released on bond later in the day.

The 31-year-old Moss is best known for his rap and movie career. Coming out with smash hits such as “Fresh Azimiz,” “Let me hold you” and “Like You.” In addition, staring in movies such as “Like Mike,” “Roll Bounce” and “Lottery Ticket.” Moss was born in Columbus, Ohio but currently lives in Atlanta.
