Los Angeles, California – Making a statement, Lamar Jackson, and the Baltimore Ravens (9-2) quickly surpassed the Los Angeles Rams (6-5), with a 45-6 win.

Throughout the game, the Ravens kept their foot steady on the gas pedal. Having the Lead from wire to wire; it is safe to say Jackson controlled the tempo, and outcome of the game.

“We hungry, you know right now, we chasing something. We hungry, but we humble about it,” says Jackson in a post-game interview. Finishing the contest 15-of-20 for 169 yards, 95 rushing yards and 5 total touchdowns on the night.

With 7:51 left in the first quarter, Jackson connected with running back Mark Ingram on a short pass for the first touchdown of the game. Ingram rushed for 111 total yards and a TD and caught a scoring pass, as the Ravens become the fourth team in the 21st century to score on their first six possessions.

Baltimore’s up-tempo offense would tally 480 yards on a pretty decent Rams defense captained by Aaron Donald. However, tonight, he and the Rams couldn’t find the answers. The Ingram touchdown was important, because it set a great tone for the defense to come out and play on.

The Ravens defense held Los Angeles to 221 yards on their 48 total plays during the ballgame. Quarterback Jared Goff was held without a touchdown on 26-of-37 passing for 212 yards in the game and threw two interceptions.

Los Angeles failed to score a touchdown for the second time in three games, and Goff didn’t throw a touchdown pass in the month of November.

In addition, running back Todd Gurley rushed for only 22 yards for the defending NFC champion Rams. For Los Angeles, this is their worst loss of their three seasons under head coach Sean McVay. Baltimore just looked like the quicker team defensively and the Rams had no response.

The young Jackson seemed to prove once again that he will lead his team to victory using assets that once were frowned upon, and do so all the while remaining a team player.

Having a multiplayer in Jackson, a beast of a runner in Ingram, alongside six other receivers and tight ends. All of which got a touch in this domination of LA.

WHAT’S NEXT

The Ravens will host the San Francisco 49ers Sunday, Dec. 1 in Baltimore.

On the opposing side, Los Angeles will travel to Arizona and go head-to-head with the Cardinals, Sunday Dec. 1.
