WNBA Draft: Indiana selects Aliyah Boston as No. 1 pick

Spring Studios, NY — The 2023 class is stacked with talent for the WNBA. With the likes of Aliyah Boston, Maddy Siegrist, Jordan Horston, Zia Cooke and new National champion Alexis Morris from LSU, the 12 teams in the league have a strong pool to draft from. With anticipation built up, the selections were finally in Monday night as potential future players of the league heard their name called by WNBA Commissioner Cathy Engelbert.

Indiana, Minnesota and Atlanta all had five picks Monday night. Training camp will start April 30 with the following players attending plus others who will sign training camp contracts. Furthermore, the pre-season will start May 5.
