With the 2022 season winding down, there will be a lot of movement, especially in the coaching world. Here are the latest rumors we are hearing in women’s basketball.
- Texas A&M reached out to Brenda Frese, but she turned them down, sources tell The Ball Out. Another name that has been mentioned for the Aggies’ position is Louisville head coach Jeff Walz. However, they have not spoken with Walz yet, sources tell The Ball Out.
- Illinois has a certain profile that they are targeting, but we are hearing that they will kick the tires on Marquette head coach Megan Duffy and Dayton head coach Shauna Green.
- We hear that Cincinnati could make a move and fire head coach Michelle Clarke-Heard. We aren’t saying for sure that the Bearcats will move on, but if they did, look for Ohio State head coach Kevin McGuff to be in the mix, sources tell The Ball Out.
- Star transfer Rickea Jackson is visiting Texas this weekend.
