It’s that time of the year: movement in women’s basketball. With the end of the season approaching, there’s bound to be many changes with many programs from transfers, coaches getting fired, coaches in the mix for jobs, to new coaches being hired.

So, we will keep you all posted on all the latest rumors, sourced information, and more right here. We will constantly be updating this article with the most up-to-date information.   • Major development: Vandy has decided to fire head coach Stephanie White after saying she would be back one month ago. Also, Kennesaw State interim head coach Khadija Head will be interviewing for the position after head coach Agnus Beranato retired last week due to health reasons, multiple sources tell The Ball Out. 4/2/21:

  • Rice head coach Tina Langley has turned down the Auburn job, multiple sources tell The Ball Out. More on this and who they are targeting in our Insider (Sign up here).

  • Washington: Sue Semrau has pulled her name out of consideration. More in our Insider (Sign up here).

3/29/21 (3:40 p.m. ET):

  • Auburn: Rumor has it that Rice head coach Tina Langley is in prime position to be the next head coach. Another interesting layout to this is that Langley’s first move would be to hire former Tigers great and current Eastern Kentucky head coach Samantha Williams as an associate head coach, multiple sources tell The Ball Out. 3/25/21 (1:35 p.m. ET):

  • Washington: Oregon assistant Mark Campbell interviewed for the Washington vacancy last week. However, the Huskies have informed him that he is no longer in the running, sources tell The Ball Out. Stanford Associate head coach Kate Paye interviewed for a second time with the Huskies. More in The Ball Out Insider.

3/18/21 (10:27 p.m. ET):

  • Strong rumor is that Florida State head coach Sue Semrau will not be returning to Florida State and that she will be taking the Washington vacancy, source tells The Ball Out!

3/18/21 (4:55 p.m. ET):

  • Auburn: The Tigers have looked into Cincinnati head coach Michelle Clark-Heard, sources tell The Ball Out.
  • Memphis update: SEMO head coach Rekha Patterson and Wright State head coach Katrina Merriweather are also in the mix, sources tell The Ball Out.

3/16/2021 (7:52 p.m. ET):

  • Oklahoma: Sherri Coale is retiring, multiple sources tell The Ball Out.

3/12/21 (1:11 p.m. ET):

  • Rumors: Jacksonville and Kennesaw State are two places that could be opening up.

3/11/21 (2:17 p.m. ET): 

  • Memphis: The names that are firmly in the mix for the Tigers opening are Tennessee assistant Jennifer Sullivan, Texas Associate head coach Johnnie Harris and Sam Houston State head coach Ravon Justice, sources tell The Ball Out.
