In less than three quarters (27-minutes), Klay Thompson lit the Chicago Bulls up with 52-points. Even more impressive, he knocked down 14 three-points to set a game record. Tonight Thompson passed his teammate, Stephen Curry, for most threes made in a single game; the previous record was 13.

For those who have been following the Warriors this season, Thompson has been off to a rough start from deep. But, any great shooter will tell you, despite poor shooting you have to keep shooting the ball.
Thanks to Thompson’s blistering hot shooting, Golden State tallied 92-points in the first record, the second most points ever scored in a half.
Thompson finished the game with a three-point shooting percentage of 58.3% after going 14-0f-24 from deep. He also pulled down five rebounds and had one steal. Without Thompson playing in the fourth, the Warriors held on to its lead, winning 149-124.
