The 11-time national champions Connecticut have added to its recruiting class of 2023. Ashlynn Shade, who is a guard from Noblesville, IN, has committed to the Huskies, multiple sources tell The Ball Out.
Per ESPN’s recruiting card, Shade is a five-star recruit.
Back in September, Shade took a visit to Tennessee. In fact, Shade selected UConn over other top programs in the country including the Lady Vols, Stanford, Notre Dame, Vanderbilt, North Carolina, Louisville, and Indiana.
