A player that has been somewhat under the radar is 4-star Amiya Jenkins. However, the 5-10 guard hailing from Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, is a difference-maker — and has star potential similar to ex-NBA star Dwyane Wade.
Wade, similar to Jenkins, was somewhat under the radar and overlooked coming out of high school. Not only are their recruiting stories similar, but their games are also. Think of her game comparable to what Wade was in high school with a better 3-point shot. She’s extremely explosive with major upside. Take a look at a few clips — especially the first one — of this hidden gem below:

Remember, she’s 5-foot-10 and grabbed the rim off of one leg, which is next-level athletic.

So while she’s been somewhat under the radar, schools like Baylor, Kentucky, and Tennessee are recruiting her. Amiya Jenkins plans to visit both Tennessee and Kentucky, with her visit to Knoxville happening September 10-12.
