Finally, the list of nominees for the 2020 E! People Choice Awards has been announced. Voters can begin voting today, Oct. 1st and voting will end on October 23rd at 11:59 pm ET.
As always, there are big names on the nominee list, including Will Smith and Charlize Theron to musicians in Cardi B, Megan Thee Stallion, The Weeknd, and Lady Gaga as well as, television stars Cole Sprouse and Dan Levy. In addition, there are a handful of new awards to vote on this year: The New Artist of 2020, The Collaboration Song of 2020, and The Soundtrack Song of 2020.
The 44 categories voters can vote on will range from movies, television, music, and pop culture. When it comes to casting your vote, an individual can vote up to 25 times per category, every single day until October 23rd, through one of three methods: the voting site, Twitter or Xfinity.
Jennifer Lopez will also be honored at the People’s Choice Awards as the winner of the People’s Icon Award. Lopez is an award-winner and six-time nominee of the award show but will get one of the highest honors for her iconic performances on stage and on screen. Two of her latest performances, the 2020 SuperBowl halftime show as well as her role in the movie Hustlers, helped assist in being chosen for the award.

News, Live Events & Lifestyle Digital. “For paving the way for artists around the world and single-handedly increasing Latinx representation in music, film, television, and fashion, we’re honoring Jennifer Lopez with The People’s Icon of 2020.”
