honestly think hell would have to freeze over before jordan misses a uconn game… I bet keeping her out for missouri was to make sure she was good for thursday. because even if they HAD lost sunday, I would still rather lose a tough SEC road game (that SC lost last season) than to UConn on ESPN with college gameday there

What’s the gauge on this team?? Two tough losses is hard. People calling for Kellie’s head and going after her is hard.

Overall what’s the mentality? I feel like this is still a def sweet 16 team and elite 8 is not out the possibility. Maybe i’m just an optimist but I think everyone sees it/the possibilities.

My hope is that Kellie finds that magical button because I really want Kellie to succeed …

Great question. Based on what I’m hearing, the team is doing fine.

People calling for Kellie’s head is a bit much and strong overreaction. Now, does Kellie have to grow in certain areas, yes, but to call for her head is irrational. They are 8-1 in the SEC. And outside of UCLA, they have had a chance to win every game. I believe Kellie needs to use her timeouts more and not give extended minutes to certain players.

Very much so! Recruits look at things more than just who won on a given night, especially parents: exposure, connection with coach, how much they are on TV, playing a rough schedule, etc.

Fans can go beyond the pale, like, can Kellie be better? Absolutely! However, how many teams could lose one of the best defensive centers in history and not have struggles?
