Next season in the NFL is going to be a fun year to watch with all the shake-ups there have been during free agency. Aaron Rodgers is back in Green Bay, Tom Brady came out of retirement and Russell Wilson was traded to Denver to name a few. Now there’s been another eye-popping move — Tyreek Hill has been traded to the Miami Dolphins.

Kansas City sent Hill to the Dolphins in exchange for five draft picks this year and next year. Miami signed Hill to a four-year $120 million contract which includes a $72.2 million guarantee making him the highest-paid wide receiver in NFL history.

The Chiefs would have been tough this upcoming season after signing JuJu Smith-Schuster in free agency. Opposing teams would have had their hands full with both Smith-Schuster and Hill on the field at one time. It isn’t to say Kansas City still won’t be tough, though.

As for Miami, Hill is a player who brings excitement and a championship mentality to the franchise. Last season, Hill finished third in the NFL with 111 yards receiving, 1,239 yards (seventh), nine touchdowns, and averaged 11.2 yards per catch. He has played with the Chiefs for the past six seasons. Hill has four 1,000-yard seasons, 67 total touchdowns, three All-Pro honors, and a championship Super Bowl LIV.

Hill will join Miami under first yer head winch, Mike McDaniel. The Dolphins already have quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, tackle Terron Armstead, running backs Raheem Mostert and Chase Edmonds, and receiver Cedrick Wilson.
