Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have been in a long-term legal battle with their five minor children since their divorce in 2016. In the past, the majority of custody had been granted to Jolie, however, today John Ouderkirk tentatively awarded Pitt more custody.

Pitt was granted a tentative adjustment to the custody agreement, thus allowing him more time with Pax (17), Zahara (16), Shiloh (14), and Knox and Vivienne (12). They do have one more child, Maddox, but he is 19-year olds and no longer part of the custody case. This new arrangement would now give Brad Pitt joint legal custody with Angelina Jolie.

Judge John Odenkirk shared he “has conducted an extensive proceeding over the past six months in a thorough, fair manner and reached a tentative ruling and order after hearing from experts and percipient witnesses.”

However, according to a report, Jolie is not concerned with custody for Brad Pitt.

“Joint custody is not the issue that Angelina objects to, there were other issues of concern, but the court proceedings are closed and sealed,” the source stated.

In the past, Jolie has spoken out against Jude Odenkirk stating he isn’t allowing the teenagers to testify. Furthermore, he has declined her evidence she alleged concerned the children’s safety and well-being.

“Judge Ouderkirk denied Ms. Jolie a fair trial, improperly excluding her evidence relevant to the children’s health, safety, and welfare, evidence critical to making her case,” according to the filing in California’s Second District Court of Appeal.
