Star freshman forward/center, Jillian Hollingshead from Georgia, who entered the transfer portal on April 5th, is headed to Tennessee, multiple sources tell The Ball Out. This is a massive get to land the most talented post in the transfer portal.
Hollingshead played in 20 games this year for Georgia where she shot 48.8% from the field and averaged 5.1 points per game and 2.5 rebounds. The 6’5″ freshmen forward was a 2021 McDonald’s All-American, named to the Jordan Brand National Team, and was rated as the No. 5 forward and the No. 37 overall prospect by ESPN coming out of high school.
Hollingshead was slated to visit Texas A&M this weekend but decided to commit to Tennessee this week before visiting College Station.
