According to a report from WPTV, police in Jupiter Florida, Robert Kraft – the owner of the New England Patriots — is being charged with misdemeanor solicitation of prostitution. The news comes after Kraft was caught on videotape twice for paying for and receiving sex at an illicit massage parlor.
Kraft has not yet been arrested but a warrant has been issued for the 77-year old billionaire. According to Palm Beach County, at least 200 warrants have been issued and more are set to come.
In WPTV’s report, it was stated a human trafficking investigation has been ongoing for the past eight-months at multiple organizations – including some overseas.
“The tentacles of this go from here to New York to China, in Florida from here to Orange County,” stated Martin County Sheriff William Snyder. “I think it’s very safe to say without any hyperbole that this is the tip of the iceberg.”
Kraft was in the area this past weekend attending a fundraiser at the Breakers for the Everglades Foundation, according to a report. The Breakers is also the rental company Kraft rents his double apartment from in the Palm Beach Country area.
The billionaire also is the owner of various businesses, including the New England Revolution Major League Soccer. He is currently dating actress Ricki Noel Lander.
